3What is the Procedure to Buy your Reskin Service?
Just chose the game to be reskinned from our Portfolio and complete the payment process. Or if you have your own source code than let us know and we will send you a dedicated quote. After you done with payment, you will be contacted by one of ours dedicated project manager to start the reskin.
4What is the Turnaround Time for Reskinning of my Games?
Turnaround Time for Reskinning Game depends upon the game you choose. Larger Games can take more time. We usually finish reskin within 2 weeks depending upon your design approval.
5Is there any Refund Policy or Money Back Guarantee?
Yes, of course! We do have a Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy.
A refund can only be requested:
1) Within 14 days from the Launching of your Reskinned Game on Play Store.
2) If the game purchased from our Portfolio does not work as mentioned in its description.
3) If you does not received support from us within 48 hours (excluding Sundays & National Holidays) of your query submitted.
